-Italian born actress, model, fashion designer. She was the romantic partner of Rolling Stones guitarist Brian Jones and later on Keith Richards, who treated her like a princess. They dated from 1967-1979, with whom she has 2 surviving kids

Early Life
-Pallenberg was born in German-occupied Rome, the daughter of Armando Pallenberg, an Italian artist and Paula Wiederhold, a German secretary. Anita became fluent in 4 languages at an early age and studied medicine, picture restoration and graphic design.
-Got involved in the Living Theatre, where she would star in the play Paradise Now, which featured on-stage nudity.

Romantic involvements
-Known for her involvement with Rolling Stones guitarist Brian Jones, who she met in 1965 in Munich, and Keith Richards, who she left Jones for in 1967 while in Morocco. She remained in a relationship with Richards until 1980 even though they never married. There were also rumors that her and fellow Stones member Mick Jagger had an affair during the filming of the movie Performance. When Pallenberg found herself pregnant, Keith had the shocking possibility that the father might be Mick, since in the movie Performance, the sex scenes between Mick and Anita were not faked, so they really had sex.

Kids
-They have 3 kids together: son Marlon, daughter Angela, and a 2nd son, Tara who died in his crib 10 weeks after birth

Influence on the Rolling Stones
-She supposedly influenced the Rolling Stones from the late 1960s and through the 1970s.
-Jagger respected her opinion enough that tracks on Beggar's Banquet were remixed when Pallenberg criticised them. Pallenberg is credited with singing backup vocals on Sympathy for the Devil.
-In 1981, after Richards and Pallenberg had split up, Richards said that he still loved her, although he had met future wife Patti Hansen. In a 1985 Rolling Stone interview, Mick Jagger claimed that Pallenberg "nearly killed me" when he was asked whether The Rolling Stones had any responsibility for the drug addictions of people close to the band.

-Singer Marianne Faithfull, Jagger's 1960s girlfriend, remained a friend of Pallenberg's. They both appeared in an episode of the BBC comedy Absolutely Fabulous, in episode 4 "Donkey". Faithfull played God and Pallenberg played the Devil in a dream sequence that Edina Monsoon(Jennifer Saunders) has after a crash diet.

Princess Diana: A Very Beautiful Woman

This woman was way too beautiful to die. But, I think she is making the angels up above happy with her gorgeous presence. What makes her so beautiful is that she is such a sweet and innocent soul. I think she is one awesome lady, she was like the working mom of her day!!!!!
I say RIP Diana, you beautiful angel. :D

Princess Diana of Wales

Where: Park House, Sandringham, Norfolk, England
DOD: August 31, 1997
Where: Pitie-Salpetriere Hospital, Paris, France

-First wife of Prince Charles.
-She married him on July 29, 1981
-Was an international charity and fundraising figure
-Was considered a celebrity of the late 20th century.
-Her wedding was watched by all, it took place at the St. Paul's Cathedral and was watched by over 750 million people all over the world
-While married, she had 2 sons: William and Harry
This one is kinda cute.....^
-She remained to a focus of hard times after her divorce from Charles, which was on August 28, 1996

Early Life
-Her previous name was Spencer and she was child #4 to Viscount and Viscountess Althorp.
-They were hoping for a male child to carry on the family name, but their 3rd child, a boy, died after birth
-The Spencer family is considered to be one of Britain's oldest and most important families
-When she was born, they had not settled on a name, until they decided on Diana Frances, after an ancestress and her mother.

Education
-Diana attended the Riddlesworth Hall, which was an all-girls school. She attended a public school when she was younger.
-She showed a particular talent for music as a very accomplished piano player
-At age 16, she left West Heath and attended the Institut Alpin Videmanette, a finishing school in Rougemont, Switzerland
-As early work, she worked as a preschool teacher, dance instructor, did some cleaning work, party hostess. She also spent some time working as a nanny for an American family living in London

Relationship to Prince Charles
-He had known her for several years, but had taken a serious interest in her in the summer of 1980, while they were guests at a country club, where she watched him play polo.
-Their relationship grew as he took her on a sailing weekend to Cowes, aboard a yacht called the Britannia, to meet his family in Balmoral.
-She had made herself into the good graces of Elizabeth II, the Duke of Edinburgh, and Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.
-On February 6, 1981, the prince proposed to Diana. She accepted and they kept their engagement a secret
-In 2010, when Kate Middleton was to be married to Prince William, Diana's ring was to be her ring, in honor of Diana.

-When she married Charles, Diana was only 20 years old

-When everyone watched it, it was described as a "fairy tale wedding". Almost anyone who remembers watching the wedding on the TV remembers seeing her 25' wedding train on her dress
-And something you never really think about: you never hear anything bad about anyone in the royal family. That's probably because they know how to act, the men know how to act like decent gentlemen and the ladies act like they are supposed to, well cultured, well mannered society-prepared ladies. I'm glad you never hear anything bad about these people, kinda gives you someone to look up to.

Children
-Nov. 5, 1981: her son William Arthur Philip Louis is born

-Sept. 15, 1984: her 2nd son, Henry Charles Albert David was born
-The stupid critical people of Diana out there in the world even said that Diana was an imaginative and devoted mother. She dismissed a royal nanny and chose one herself, selected where the boys would attend school, chose their clothes, planned outings for them, and took them to school. So she was basically the working mom of her day. Right on, Diana!! You go, girl!!!
-During the early 1990s, the relationship between Charles and Diana began to falter.
-During the divorce proceedings, the stupid rumor mill began to swirl about with rumors about Diana supposedly seeing her horse riding instructor James Hewitt
-And it was also confirmed that the Prince of Wales was seeing a woman named Camilla Parker-Bowles.
-The divorce was finalized on August 28, 1996
-And when she divorced him, there was a rule saying she had to change titles, but it was still clear that Diana was to still be referred to as a British princess

Death
-On August 31, 1997, Diana was fatally hurt in a car crash in a tunnel in Paris. It also caused the death of her boyfriend, Dodi Fayed and the driver, Henry Paul. This crash was caused by the 3 of them trying to escape hounding paparazzis chasing them. Millions of people watched her funeral on TV. And her sons were also present there. Can u imagine going to the funeral of one of your parents? Well, I can now.

London 1940s During WWII

I have to wonder why London got bombed? I thought they were the good guys?

1960s: My Generation, or at least I wish it was.........

I swear I wish I grew up in the decade of the Beatles, of hippies, Woodstock, of where peace and love was how you lived life, and how bellbottoms and tie dye were the "in" fashion. But instead, I was born and raised in the 1990s, where a simple drug addict named Kurt Cobain is made out to be a hero(which he is most certainly NOT!), cellphones, dumb-ass rap music, pathetic grunge music.

Oh to be a teen growing up in the 1960s, it would be eternal happiness.....
