-Byron Tiller(Andy Garcia) is a struggling novelist who is struggling to make ends meet and also has a strained relationship with his wife Dena(Julianna Margulies). Desperate for any kind of money, he runs into Luther Fox(Mick Jagger) at a bar one night. Luther Fox is an Englishman who runs an exclusive escort service called Elysian Fields, and he offers Byron a job.

-Hiding his new job from his wife, Byron's first client is Andrea(Olivia Williams), who's married to an older novelist that Byron admires. Complications develop when he tries to separate professional life and personal life.
